1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and slotwin Casino ("slotwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the slotwin platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at slotwin.one.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of slotwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the slotwin platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

3. Account Registration

To access slotwin's gaming services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) slotwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. slotwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification: slotwin may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your slotwin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your slotwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify slotwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• slotwin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from slotwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• slotwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Deposits

slotwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• slotwin does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above.
• Deposits are generally credited to your slotwin account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. slotwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• slotwin reserves the right to request verification of any deposit and to delay crediting funds pending completion of such verification.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your slotwin account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• slotwin processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• slotwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• slotwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

slotwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. slotwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• slotwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the slotwin platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• slotwin uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, slotwin will use its best efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to the player's account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the slotwin platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of slotwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slotwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any slotwin content without prior written authorisation.

11. Privacy & Data

slotwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

slotwin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude slotwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Amendments

slotwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slotwin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the slotwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

slotwin operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes that cannot be resolved through slotwin's internal complaints procedure may be referred to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
